I agree. Really cmi. I am still willing to give them a benefit of doubt due to holiday season and just lousy logistics management.
Just keep bugging the customer service everyday and make them send query to hongkong warehouse.

Usually it takes one business day but please be advised that we are experiencing a slight backlog at the warehouse in processing your inbound shipments due to the unexpected festive rush. Some shipments have been delayed by 1-2 business days. The warehouse team is working over time to be on top of things and expect your shipment processed soon. You will get an email notification once the shipment is allocated to your account.
