how to update the value? send receipt to the customer service? how many more days will that take again?

I didn’t update my value and just go straight to shipping coz i dont want to leave it with them anymore. Won’t be any issue when shipping over rite? Btw, dhl express takes how long to reach us?

That's dangerous leh.. If you dont update the value your parcel may get impounded.. and you may be asked to go down and be asked to pay additional taxes..

you know you got to pay gst right...... dhl 2-3 days excluding weekends

they mentioned that once you "release" your parcel, you cannot retract your request back

this was one of the t&c I remember seeing.

anyway, for others who's having wrong estimated parcel value, I suggest you contact CSO. they did it for me really quickly (but waiting for cso took me 2 hours)

So the next best thing i could do is call up sg customs and chk with them how to pay the additional taxes since i cant retract it back?
