Anyone bought from Simder on Qoo10. Bought on 11/12. No news where is the phone. Poor tracking and customer service. No one answering calls or replying message.

I am frustrated with the level of customer service. It is merely non existent. Year is coming to end, we will start having public holidays, I really hope we can get the phone before the year end.

Did they provide any estimated arrival date when ordering?

We were supposed to receive it in one week as told by seller. However it's been more than 1 week. I can accept delays, but at least let us know. Update the tracking system. Nothing is done. Seller is uncontactable, delivery company is not updating the tracking. Adds on to my frustration.

Anyway, done with the review for those who's interested. Definitely one of my favourite phones this year. It's missing a few flagship features, but at the lower pricing, can close one eye. Other than that not much complaints regarding the basic features, performance, software. The screen is a HUGE upgrade over the OnePlus 5T to me. No jelly scrolling, better outdoor visibility. One of the more value for money phones this year (unless you managed to grab that $399 OP5 on lazada a while back )

Any shop that you can recommend to people’s over here who are interested in getting the 5t ?

Remember to write all these things down in your review of the shop after you get your item, don't give face. If enough people do it then they'll wake up their idea.

Frankly it's lucky draw. I was lucky in that I bought from AT house pretty early on. So got it early. I've bought from Newstar too, and they might not be the friendliest, but largely reliable. They have a shop to visit to check on the spot too which I prefer. But they only provide 1 month warranty free. Normally I just hoot from whoever is cheapest and fastest and then treat it as having no warranty. Check carefully. Oneplus/oppo has a built in diag mode. Key in “*#808#” in dialer and check gao gao.

How long does it take to clear Customs?
After it clears Customs, the phone still needs to be shipped to Simder for them to flash to Oxygen OS, right?

Check and make sure everything swee swee? No cosmetic damges. Check that everything is working from screen, to small things like the proximity sensor, etc.
