as for now, mine back to square 1 again.. from seemless tapping in and out to must unlock to tap in and out then lastly.. tap liao no respond or error say this card not supported...

really rubbish... i am doing another round of upgrade downgrade see if it helps... please remind me... any export set don't have issue? and what rom must those export set be to work in singapore.. i don't want to have bunch of china app and ads on my phone like my last OPPO Reno ace gundam edition.
export sets are mainly cn hydrogen os and AA flashed on top of it..no bloatwares same as what you all get on local AA .. a couple of good examples here that export has no issue on gpay.

We are the bugs solving team . OnePlus should hire us for software testing

For some reason I see the problem is face unlock.. I did another upgrade downgrade and now attempting using aa ROM

All app restore g pay local and int activate and sign in fingerprint unlock set but face unlock untouch

Now I was able to go in and out mrt just fine and without unlocking the device.. so far did 6 tap all fast and responsive this could be my culprit this face unlock..

At least pay me for taking unnecessary ride just to test this goddamn gpay

Did you clear data everytime you downgrade? They need to pay you for time taken to re-setup your phone so many times.

You no issue with gpay?
I have. I yet to try upgrade and downgrade. I too lazy to re-setup my phone after data wipe. I'll probably wait for OOS 11 stable and hope that fixes the GPay issue.

Anyone tried updating to .13 via ota? Does the gpay continue to work or back to square one?

Restore the phone is another pain in the bullock.. there is no sd card end up i need to copy all the back up out and restore it back every single time.. 12GB in total.. each transfer 35 min damn... to think this freaking thing cost 1000 over dollar and give me this much pain.. really pisses me off...

so far last attempt work... today i was able to travel the place i need to go plus some unnecessary stop just to test tap in and out so far so good and i am using AA rom.. hope it last... damn it..

Maybe thats why got issue. Clear data is the same as factory reset. Scare downgrade never clear everything properly

Upgraded to .13 and the icon pack is back together with the bloatwares I've uninstalled previously. Worse, my gpay issue reverted.

Wa lao eh. Very Sian to go through the tedious work again.

well as guessed bug lies on their base rom end.. they need to fix or each update will revert to broken gpay.

Mine was local set but for some reason never had any issue in the first place, so has been just update > update. Quite lucky.

The sticker on the box shows production date 2020.06.30.

If it is in the base rom, when they downgrade back to OOS10 IN11AA rom, it should fail too. I thought the upgrade to OOS11 DP will fix the issue and downgrading back to OOS10 is because it's more stable version for everyday use. Guess this is not the case now after updating to OOS10.5.13 and GPay issue came back.
