messaged mister mobile before.. apparently they said no user complaints, maybe majority user don’t use their device for daily commute via gpay.

HAHA they sure say no user complaints though many have message / call and ask them.

I personally went their shop and ask 1 month ago, also give same default ans.

Seem like only UK and SG got such nfc transport issue based on the forum

i believe when you tie a card to GPay, the card number is tokenized to another one, the real card number is not presented for payment,
instead a card number tokenized by GPay is presented.

It works for normal payments as they accept any card number as long as it's a valid credit card number.
then the bank end will reconcile with GPay system to match their the tokenized CC number to the actual card tied with that number in GPay system.

For LTA transport app, the card number that is registered with LTA is expected to be presented.
But when you use GPay on the LTA reader, the card number presented by GPay is not the one you registered with LTA.

So maybe the bank needs to work with LTA to match the tokenized number.

works on export.. not gpay support nor Lta problem. gone through the hard way, already checked with their support, bug is purely on oneplus end.

Ah i see.. then it's very likely a firmware issue with OP!

I read from here their support is lacklustre, i guess you can't expect much when the service center is a handphone shop in City Plaza!

No budget for Singapore compared to the big boys like Vivo / Oppo.
Might as well get export set if local set no warranty.
