Don't think coming to SG officially, and China imports dunno they will flash OOS for you or not and if bootloader need to perma unlock or not.

Indian import sure around 800+ SGD which is simply ridiculous.

hoseh liao, no need change phone already..

heng i changed my mi max 3 battery just awhile ago.. now can use it forever.. 1 charge 2.5 days :ROFLMAO:

pretty interesting video i saw for those who can understand chinese. the reviewer retested Genshin on the Redmi K50 and realme GT Neo3 to compare with the OP Ace, and realised that the performance is lower than their previous test for some reason.
IIRC OnePlus collaborated with genshin impact directly to optimize gameplay for the OnePlus ace.

from what i can see here the optimisation is basically to just stick with around 50fps all the way instead of even trying to hit 60 and then throttling latter on? 😂 but this should be at highest graphics. i'm more interested to see how it will perform at medium graphics and whether can maintain 60fps or not. and also how the power efficiency will be at that level. I hope it's not a blanket restriction on Genshin itself that limits the app to 50fps max no matter the graphics settings.

a little bird tell me, there might be CN set with local warranty by MM coming in @Champion_ ... think within the next 3-4 weeks
Thanks for the insider info bro(y). But we're into the later half of the year liao so not so hyped about it liao.

Realme GT neo 3 also global launch soon, essentially identical phone.

If it's MM then it's gonna be marked up also. Won't be interested unless they gonna sell it close to chinese price at release. :s13:

What upcoming phones are you looking forward to?

Global version would be 10R which i think for now is India only, though there are the Chinese version OnePlus Ace flashed with 10R's ROM being sold on Shopee and Aliexpress (cheapest way so far?) though. But i would recommend waiting for a few days (3pm june 15th) to see how much the realme gt neo 3 will cost here. It has pretty much the same hardware, but they seem to be selling the 80W version with larger 5,000mAh battery compared to the OnePlus Ace chinese version that is 150W and 4,500mAh. If they don't price it too high, the realme gt neo 3 will probably be a better option since it'll have official global ROM and local warranty

(price on listing now is most likely a place holder)

few days? okay thats a good idea, thanks

seems difficult to find that right phone nowadays with the 8gen1/888 heat issues, even without a budget cap

The issue is not just with us as consumers.
Its also with the brands' side as well.

You look at their lacklustre commitment to 8gen1 you know alr:
1) Most phones no IP68 as compared to the previous year's 888 flagships
2) No obvious / clear upgrades to the camera module... even to the extent for "never settle" its kind of a downgrade

Everyone is putting their eggs and ammunitions on TSMC's 8gen1+ :
1) Even Oppo is rumoured to be launching a Find X5 Pro+ which they usually only launch Find series once a year....
2) Vivo's X80 Pro+ rumoured to be in the pipeline for 8gen1+
3) Xiaomi Mi 12 Ultra
4) Asus Zenfone and ROG phone
5) iQoo 10 series with 8gen1+ and 200w charging
6) Realme GT 2 Master Explorer edition (Master edition being their best seller now)
7) Motorola with the world's first 200MP camera
