Has anyone tried setting a schedule for Bedtime Mode + Do Not Disturb (DND) while allowing exceptions for WhatsApp? It seems that even with WhatsApp added as an exception, WhatsApp calls still don’t ring or vibrate at all.

I kinda wish that it have features like Routine+ on Samsung that will activate the bed mode during schedule time and have DND for most of the app except WhatsApp Call.

After 2 days of using N5, while i compared with V3,
i do miss V3 Parallel space, stronger vibration and convenience of long tap to select text from photo.
Else, im quite ok with N5 buttons positioning, instant notifications, and battery life. N5 Crease less obvious than V3.

For the vibration, i think there are other notifications setup, some of which has stronger vibration feedback
* will add more if i notice anything else.

Yeah, I gotta agree—the battery life is pretty impressive! Just hit my third full day on this phone, and after 23 hours since the last charge with 5h 30m SOT, I still have 30% left!

The foldable, borderless design works well for me. Haven’t tried the V3 before, but the borderless look actually makes sense. That said, when it comes to UI features, Samsung does have some nice extras that Oppo’s ColorOS lacks—like Secure Folder, Routine+, Samsung Keyboard with AI integration, and Good Lock (which lets you make icons smaller and more compact). Since I love a minimalist setup, it would be great if ColorOS could include something similar.

Just had my first drop with my N5... I had it in my pocket, lay down on my son’s bed while talking to him, and when I flipped around, it slipped out and fell onto the tile floor from about 12-15cm. Now there’s a minor scratch or some paint peeling on the top right corner...


Pretty sad. So yeah, be extra careful if you’re using it without a case!

Time to buy a new one...

speakers can go decently loud but sounds a bit thin. i've not heard the V3 before.

i wish the haptics were stronger

After you open the 2 apps you can tap in the middle and add as group.

First make sure the Lock layout option is disabled. Next open the app pairs you want. Click the 3 dots in the middle and Save as App Group.

Anyone know how to change the home screen icon layout from 4x4? It's too big and clunky.

Can't find it settings - but I think I saw online older find n3 can set at least 5x5.

3rd party launcher can set more e.g. 7x7 but you lose the coloros features. E.g. taskbar

How bout the speakers compared to V3?

For example, the song "Perfect" at the same volume level, I can hear the train from V3 but not from N5.
But N5 loudness will edge V3 out by abit.

anybody using N5 and paired with Samsung Watch ultra? I'm having issue cannot add the payment card to Google wallet on the watch. I'm not using Samsung pay. The card can be added to the Google wallet on N5 but not the watch. I call the bank but no solution.
