Was scrolling through the last few pages of this thread where bro Passerboy was seriously considering PE back in 2019 (I believe you did buy right?). At 16xx psf and good finishing/amenities/location its hard to see anything going awry and it has clearly went up since then. Congrats to all who purchased PE in 2019 :)

Can only share that I considered the four developments back in 2018, Tre Ver, Jadescape, Stirling and PE, all was about 16xxpsf back in 2018. Think if one entered at that price for all these four developments, it should be safe?

But yes, PE finishing is like the best of the four.

May or may not. Cos of the competition around Queenstown and the finishing ain’t as premium. Tre Ver in fact is one to watch, the quantum then was very low, as low as $1m for a 2b2bath.

Another interesting to watch is 2b1b mix Dev TWR below $1m quantum. Weeeeee

On a side note 2b1b subsale GRANDUER PARK transacted above $9xxk lo. Most entered at $7xxk back in 2017 for 2b1b.

My two cents:

Out of the four, from an investment pov:
Jadescape and Tre ver (I walk away)
PE (l can consider)
Stirling (not enough research done to comment)

Don’t ask me why... just my two cents.

Saw round trip transaction, in fact this seller had a huge profit of $181k.. he bought in 2017 at $1625psf.
