Gut sense tells me Whistler Grand will be more Huat, now seeing $16-17xxpsf alr. Rental for West Coast surprisingly strong. Parc Esta struggling to cross $18xxpsf, $20xxpsf transactions are the outliers.

$1 648 000. Unit first purchase June 2020 @ $1 534 000.

$114k higher in less than a year.

That one is already a given when u see Penrose recent transactions, in fact, the Expressway facing units also BIG Huatkuey.

Not all new launch bah, and must know the price point to enter at. Parc Esta $15-16xxpsf should have meat too, but not as much compared to Penrose $14xxpsf.

agree. 2xxx psf esta versus 16-17xx psf penrose, the latter will draw some interest.

that’s why I openly said those penrose who entered 15xx psf and below Huat..
