Each has their pros and cons. Some of my friend still buy those $5-10 mil condos because landed
(1) have to settle ur own maintenance
(2) no security
(3) no pool or if u build pool crazily expensive to maintain
(4) got pest especially mosquito (many family members kana dengue before)
(5) no convenient if u don’t drive so 1 family need a few cars.

That’s life. If you have been to the supermarket, you will know how much price has went up. Coke from $0.70 to $1. If you cannot afford, then don’t buy. Same thing as property. About 14 years ago, new inter-terrace beside Parc Greenwich also $1.7mil.

The rise in property prices is really amazing. Time really flies.
