I suddenly also realized that the Cospace of Visonaire concept is similar to Parclife 3+1

I was just wondering why there is this code floating around CS3a just to realize it was the code for Visionaire. This reminded me of my visit to Visionaire and one additional reason why I didn't choose Visionaire. When I first saw the advertisement on the Cospace I thought you could really adjust the living, study or bedroom space anytime of the day easily without breaking walls as they invent some smart wall railings etc. (anyway they market it that way in the video where"you have the power to transform the living space...at every stage..." ) I realize that it was actually a layout that you decide when you purchase the EC. They make it sound as if i can change all the time...in reality this was quite deceiving for me. If they can misrepresent in such a big matter like that, I wonder what else can they deceive you of? Smart home?? PSF? Poor finishing? A whole host of cost cutting measures that make your development look like **** in the end.

The same layout is similar to what Parclife was offering for its 3+1 veranda unit. the plus 1 is like like "COSPACE" where you can choose between 3 layouts of your choice to fit your personal needs when you book the EC but at a more reasonable price. And for Veranda 3+1 really gives you a place to dry clothes in the veranda outside the kitchen where COSPACE do not have. That was one of the deciding factor.

Developers (please take note) whether Parclife or Visionaire or any other should come clean with their presentation not just black and white content but also the tone of their presentation. They should never misrepresent their product. Integrity is really important as the flat is not build up and we can only see what you present. I really hope it does not turn out to be like some of the worst offenders that happen before where what was presented was not what was delivered eg. Pasir Ris One. That will be the greatest disappointment for any buyer. For without integrity nobody can trust you.

I really hope the developer of Parc life. Fraser Centrepoint, can look at this so that they will give what they promised as I have already sign up for this....if not I will use my pen to make hell for them =)

The ceiling in the PL showflat is definitely not the same as the actual unit. As for the area, it should be similar. Anyway, it's stated clearly in specifications of the OTP and even in showflat, you can find such information. Other uncertainties will be those outside the units. I remember reading some online info or from the lawyer stating that if the area is smaller than the specified area by certain percentage, the developer has to compensate the buyer.

I think you're the only one who didn't understand the COSPACE concept.

LOL. You mean if someone tells you you can simply change the layout of a house "all the time" for the price you need to pay for an EC, you actually believe them. All the information is online for one to read to find out exactly what it is. And moreover you can also approach the ppty agent to ask before feeling "misrepresented". Luckily I don't have a neighbour like you in Visionaire who tries to act smart, and doesn't read and doesn't ask.

Trying to engage the developer to "please take note" to look at your post here...haha. All the best living amongst the industrial estates! I bet the developer told you there'll be "2 parks", but din say there'll be one more industrial building and utility building opposite Parc Life, besides the one already being built beside it. If not the additional tagline will be "2 parks & 2 industrial!"

These atas Industrial parks are a luxury with landscaping and pool. If u can't stand the industry parks, then buy those pool facing, easily over 1mil for high floors. Visionaire rubbish chute is a big fengshui disadvantage if your main door is facing a rubbish chute, even if your unit doesn't have a rubbish chute 20cm from your door. Good luck in your choice. Secondly, there's no wrong or right decision getting which project or ec and of cos the beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder
Lastly, why are you in this thread in the first place? Shouldn't you move back to your cosy visionaire corner and mingle with your "neighbour"

Sometimes i will leave boxes that are too big to throw by the side of the common chute and wait for the cleaner to clear. That's why on Sunday and public holidays the area is usually stacked up. One of my neighbours or their helper just leave the rubbish on the floor at times. I can't imagine how much stuff you place with gap that is just over the size of my hand.

If more than 1 neighbours hold events together, more cleaning will be needed. How to have peace with others? Those paranoid may even take extreme measures and make living together tough.

There be should be something protruding or a walkway to the chute. Like some new hdb projects.

Sometimes if object is bigger than the chute door, then I would place it beside the chute, waiting for the cleaner to pick it up. Maybe i am now spoilt by town council. I'm not sure if I want to check my cctv records every now and then...
