try to visit showflat today but denied. Need agent to accompany as mentioned by others.

Now it’s only stack 10 2 room viva layout for show. There’s no access to other parts of the project. May have to wait till TOP to see other units and layouts

Any one know why stack 37 still have so many units available?

I share my opinion. I did consider stack 37 but i prefer stack 13 over stack 37 due to stack 13 is nearer to entrance and thus 2mins walking nearer to mrt, stack 13 got direct small pool view and stack 37 is indirect big pool view and stack 13 is slightly cheaper..

Maybe u can share your reason y u more keen in stack 37 over other stacks..

I choose stack 37 because it has wider view compared to stack 13.

Maybe many people cannot accept the kitchen door facing the main door ?
Maybe or maybe not. Not everyone is so astute or value this as the first priority in buying a unit.

I bought a unit with this layout. We consulted the master on this and he said ok. So I guess there are some remedies can be done.

I glanced through other projects in the region. It seems only Visionaire has 2 layouts with main door facing kitchen door. It’s almost sold out now. So i think it’s back to the popularity of the project.

If you look at average price PSF of Parc Life, it’s closer to those in Yishun than the V and BS despite being close to the MRT station. So FCL must be scratching their heads now on what has gone wrong. Overall, EC prices are on an upward trend and yet they still have to offer 2% discount now in order to sell.

Could be PL's proximity to B1/B2 industrial buildings, which could contribute to large numbers of foreign workers lurking nearby (esp the park) after work and over the weekends

Parclife sales consider quite good already, much better than the signature at yishun, is more than 75% sold and quite sure will increase price for remaining units like all other projects when nearer to top period...
