Pertaining to PARC LIFE construction unlike many developments, I realized PARC LIFE is one of the few EC that almost all of units erected with individual separate wall rather than common wall partition between neighbours. In another word, privacy.
I have to say first of all Parc Life is one of the of the best EC i have ever seen.
If my parents are living in the middle of Singapore, say Hougang (which we previously was) or AMK, Bishan, I would have bought that EC with no 2nd thoughts.
Exterior view is really good, wind is really good. Internally, I like the layout of the walls and every aspect of this condo. Oh yes, did i mentioned that the view is good?
Now, being sensitive here, some people may comment that it is in sembawang. I am someone who respects privacy very much. This is NOT something which I have to trade for, but comparing a condo in orchard and sembawang, yes, travelling time might be slightly longer, but i get to enjoy the tranquility. There is no comparison here. Parc Life wins hands down in my opinion. A condo with tranquility in orchard sounds freaky to me.
But too bad, my parents stays in the east. And I got a good BTO. However, given a choice, Parc Life is a good place in my opinion.
