Don’t have north and west currently.
now is more on East and city fringe.
Am willing to explore west but wifey is bias against districts she’s ain’t familiar.
south quite interesting though. It’s my childhood home ground.

North-East also counts towards North bah. Gg by the MRT lines :)

south may have more developments in the coming 20 years.

Polyclinic etc Government. Public spaces like pedestrian thoroughfare, overhead bridges, bicycle parking lots etc are all maintained by developer

1 bedder 517-538sqt - 92 units
2 bedder 710-829sqft - 219 units
3 bedder 1023-1302sqft - 146 units

indicative $15xx-16xxpsf
Surprised the unit sizes are pretty generous especially the one, three and four bedders. Quantum wise wouldn’t it be higher and less affordable.

If selling at indicative price. It will be HAPPY developer and WILLING buyer at far east of Singapore.
So far far away from CBD. LOL
