I would like to compare psf and quantum together for some projects as well. Iirc Sentosa landed psf cheaper than orchard.. cheaper than ocr but their quantum is in 3-5M... so I guess we should look at both instead of just 1

Wow interesting opinion

For me I never consider the quantum I purchase at I only consider the exit quantum

if u buy today at 1.7k psf say 1066 sqft that will easily cost u 1.8M. A profitable exit means u need to add approx 200-300 psf on top of your purchase psf. So if today u need to sell 1.9k psf for a 1066 the quantum goes up to 2.1M which I will say there are many many options available at that range.

im quite sure u will just see prices stagnant for longer period of time if we are really at a 1.7k psf at Aljunied

Tiagong 3 years later can sell 1.9k psf, I’m sure agent convinced 100 subsale buyers that

SUO should hold their units for higher profits

Yes MSCP instead of basement carpark, I balloted for a unit last year but no luck.

IIRC TOP was 2024 during launch last year but it may already be delayed beyond 2025 due to covid impact.

Yap, penrose and SUO are nice location with expressway and industrial estate at door steps.
Not many condos have such nice attributes in Singapore honestly.
