Everyone who registers and submit cheque is a VVIP (one tier above VIP) every agency also give u VIP sticker la, some give u VVIP lol. Makes no difference.

When u step into the showflat, ur status already elevated to at least VIP, I never seen “non VIP” in showflat haha. They will give u a sacred sticker to paste it on ur chest even to indicate u are a VIP!

Developer usually quite cunning. If they see buyers all rush in like very gian png, they normally don’t give discount. In fact, the very next day they will probably increase price.

So being the early buyer got pros and cons. If u buy the right project, when price increase, u immediately got paper gain. If u buy a project when no one buys later, the developer may drop price or give discount and in the end, u lugi

I noticed actually there are a lot of tiers and projects and mostly is increase aft launch, I further updated the table haha.
