i think there is a reason why the sims urban oasis and tre residences which are nearby aljunied mrt are all sold out completely 100%. whereas so many projects out there have so much leftover units.
this place is certainly worth considering where paya lebar quarter is one stop away.

I think expats don’t mind staying along the blue line (direct to Downtown/Bukit Timah area). My colleague is paying above $5k / month for a condo near Bt Timah.
