Reasonable price in good location 👍🏻

i think there is a reason why the sims urban oasis and tre residences which are nearby aljunied mrt are all sold out completely 100%. whereas so many projects out there have so much leftover units.
this place is certainly worth considering where paya lebar quarter is one stop away.

Those units facing the PIE will have some spotlights at night in addition to the noise...

24 hours noise and >10 lane road
It’s not for Human
Better stay away or close window 24 hours and hope they have double pane window

My thoughts are still, the traditional red and green lines are better than purple or blue. As a general guide that is.

I think expats don’t mind staying along the blue line (direct to Downtown/Bukit Timah area). My colleague is paying above $5k / month for a condo near Bt Timah. But given a choice, I’d pick the traditional lines, as you call them - easier to get around... more Malls etc.

I don’t know what’s the charm of Affinity... :s11:

Nothing, except it’s near rosyth and future mrt.
I know there’s some parent bought there coz of rosyth.
Just use it as a gauge for the price of 2 bedder for penrose.

If you are talking about malls, the purple line should be the one. Almost every station has a mall, except outram, Boon keng and little India.

Yes I mentioned Malls, and “etc”. I didn’t elaborate more. It also depends on what kind of Malls right. Orchard Somerset area still remains THE shopping district for now... But it also depends on the neighborhood and other reasons also la. :D

Maybe it’s because I’ve mostly lived/worked along the red line. It could be a personal bias, but it allows me to get a feel of the “mix” of the area. My schools were along green/blue line...

There will be other areas being developed, but if someone were to tell me Jurong is the next “town area”, I’ll say they’re kidding themselves. It can be a self sufficient enclave for some people, but it is not a replacement for town :s22:

Maybe I should say “accessibility”. Instead of just “Malls etc”. Haha. Sorry I don’t know how to edit post on the mobile app 😅 but ya... tons of reasons. For me I wouldn’t want to buy a property along the purple line 😂

Click the post number at right top will be able to edit. :)
Green line covers the most workplace nodes.
