The MSCP is already 4+ levels high and developer will set the blocks back away from the road. Should not be too bad. At night, you shut the windows and sleep in aircon. Maybe someone who live beside expressways can comment.

One thing though facing PIE is surely gg to be noisy so that’s the trade off, for those non tolerant maybe inward pool facing would be more ideal.

I used to stay next aye, I hated it, the noise on expressway is 24/7, especially in middle of night always have people speeding, very annoying.

I doubt the mscp and little bit of setback makes a difference.
