Wow.. even gdfinch also chu pattern. My friend from shopmeee also same thing. Order on 11.11 then come 25.11 say lost and refund

First time Kenna this... How long will they refund? If paid by Grabpay they will refund back to Grabpay?

Nope, I tried still cannot.
I tried using my Huawei, it works, dunno who x3 cannot direct to their login page

For public wifi, you need to authenticate via a web browser. You need to kick start this. Using the default SSL webpage, the wifi controller can't see your traffic and start the authentication process.

The solution is to access a page that does use HTTP only, then the authentication will start.

I received the update on Monday saying "[SINGAPORE CHANGI]
Arrived at Destination Country Customs" but just now I got an email saying the parcel was lost on its way and now they are refunding... Means what?

This one fishy. Already arrive at custom then suddenly lost. When did you buy it? I bought mine on 27th still nothing. Some buyers bought a few days later already got it.

Oh no, same fate, a disappointment. It means better don buy from Goldfinch, he is a tricky seller.

On the 27th also. The refund was fast and it was credited back to my Grabpay account in an hour time. U probably will receive the lost parcel notice too... Or maybe I'm just being unlucky.

Refunded in Grabpay. Received $30 q10 cart voucher, must buy $100, good for 12.12. Trickster seller, better to avoid.

I would think buying from goldfinch seller is like entering lucky draw. Hope you would get your item. The Q&A section now more asking where are their packages.

Also i notice the total group buy purchases this morning was 600+ now it's 579. Definitely something fishy. I would ask qoo10 to look into it if kena affected. So many cancellation

I kana the lost parcel with ShopMeee instead, bought on 11.11 and reported lost on 27th Nov, and my purchase with goldfinch arrived just recently. At this point, I am convinced shipping from overseas is a gamble now with qxpress.

the voucher of $30 is exactly the same value that i used during the BF sale. luckily they refunded the full exact amount back to my grabpay and somehow grab awarded me for the points for the transaction?

the one with ShopMeee did u manage to get back the full refund? u mean both using qxpress? I really doubt that qxpress can keep on losing parcel wont it be a super big losses to them for losing parcel? i really feel that it is the seller issue instead of qxpress. you are lucky with goldfinch willing to honour your deal but not others once "hit the quota" i guess.

Refund was pretty fast. I called up qxpress to complain after waiting for almost a week when it got stuck in 'starting delivery to destination', and they told me to call again next day. Next day, the order got cancelled due to lost parcel.

I am inclined to believe the parcel was sent out as the Qxpress will not have tracking number available for us to trace if they did not receive the parcel. I have sent out things via Qxpress before, their system is pretty automated, so it is unlikely a seller can get qxpress to get in on such cons.

My 2 cents.

Bought 3 sets from Goldfinch during 11.11 using 3 different acc at $256 each, received it ard 7days later. I do feel they realize they are selling way too cheap therefore chut pattern
