use a 2 pin to 3 pin plug adapter. sometimes buy japan brand products also give 2 pin plug, how do u plug to the wall socket is also how u plug this charger.

Launch any browser and go to a public popular portal such as Google.com or Yahoo.com.sg, their respective sign in page will appear. From there you'll need to complete their respective log in requirements then you'll be able to do whatever you want with the internet connections.
