Have you guys updated to the latest hyperos?
I keep procrastinating but really have to do it cos I'm going away soon. Have to change SIM card and might need to restart phone.

Hyper os should be smoother on the x6 since it has a higher base ram of 8GB.
Older phones like f4 which the base ram is 6GB, multitasking become less responsive than when it was on miui.

do you have X6 or X6 Pro?

HyperOS 2 on X6 Pro is fine, slight improvement in general fluidity. However HyperOS 2 on X6 really slowed the phone down, both models are 8GB RAM versions.

any buddies x6 keeps installing junk like TikTok lite and capybara jump? then it doesn't show up In the Google play store so you cannot uninstall them.

i recall there is a 'recommend app' option that needs to be disabled, otherwise it installs apps on its own.

anyone using gomo 5g?

i notice my network speed will slow down (to below 5 mbps) after app 10 days of usage

the speed will go back to normal (app 250mpbs) after restarting the phone

i tried to turn off mobile network, wait a min, then turn on but this will not resolve the issue

anyone encounter similar problem?

Got two Poco X6 Pro at home, one (8GB/256GB) for my daughter and the other one (12GB/512GB) was supposed to be the replacement for my old Poco X4 GT.

But my wife took it early this year since she found out her iPhone 14 (512GB version) could not do screen recording for her use case. Now Poco X6 Pro becomes her secondary phone.

Luckily my Poco X4 GT (2.5 years old, 8GB/256GB version, updated to HyperOS 2.0.1.0 based on Android 14) is still working fine. I am looking at Poco X7 Pro 12GB/512GB now but the price is higher than what I would like.

X7 Pro need wait year end then potentially have discounts liao since it's just released in Jan25'.
This year haven't seen any good discounts for POCO devices yet.

$419 now on Poco official store on Laz... dunno how good if good anot price at all...

Yeah, think all the newer M/X/F 7s will hab to wait till 11.11 onwards

For now they slowly clearing all 6s family first, offering promo up to 50% or more from time to time

Actually the super low discount was x6 which was close to $200.
Follow by x6 pro which was below $300.
The F6 base model is $335 on Lazada last week end so maybe might drop some more.
