legit. i see ppl washing their iphone with soap. then suddenly cannot turn on anymore he kpkb.
then go buy new one -1.5k$ lMAO

Yeah I saw before too that's why I said that haha

Firstly, it is water resistant, not water proof. Two different meaning. Secondly, electronics enemy is water, i won't risk to rinse my phone under water, or even exposed it under rain regardless how heavy the rain is :s13:

Hence why I said "some people thought it's designed to be waterproof" hahahahaha

For those who updated their poco f3 to global 13.0.3 version are you able to turn off anti flicker mode? In version 12 I'm able to turn it off but after update it seems like can't turn it off

Any new features for this MIUI 13.0.3? Still on 12.5.6 and it show there is Update. Worry this new MIUI 13.0.3 will mess up the Android Auto Wireless link to my car head unit which working flawlessly currently.

After upgraded to MIUI 13.0.3, are we able to revert back to MIUI 12.5.6 if wanted to?

Does Poco F3 has nfc by default? Can it work? I heard there's issues. Is it still worth the buy compared to other poco variant or against Redmi Note 10 pro?

Thanks for any advice!

I'm on Xiaomi.eu MIUI ROM 13.0.5. Switched from X3 NFC.

Is anyone experiencing weak vibration when there is incoming call? I left the phone beside me (~20cm away), and can't hear the phone vibration when there is incoming calls or msgs.

My father's POCO F3 is not able to connect to the Wireless@SG in public libraries. He can connect to home Wi-Fi though. Anyone encounters this and any fix, please?

The closest solution I can find is this:
https://c.mi.com/thread-1783685-1-0.html
As mentioned in the link you posted, manually connect to Wireless@sgx, not wireless@sg, and use SIM as the EAP Method, if his phone doesn't have a supported SIM card, tough luck, the app doesn't work for a few phones but you can try, or buy one of those cheap prepaid sim card, one $5 m1 card can easily last a year with expiry validation extension if you don't call/sms using it.

The only issue i know of is the tracetogether app which is a bluetooth issue, which a lot of people falsely attribute to NFC.

I haven't encounter any issue with NFC, whether the POCO F3 contain NFC depend on which region it's being sold, Singapore model has it.

The speaker is ear breaking loud, why you need strong vibration? 😏

Change your notification/ringtone to mimic the sound of vibration?

wireless sg usually quite slow and unstable.

if your dad is 60 or above, maybe can consider tpg senior plan?

$5 per month for 20gb
https://www.tpgmobile.sg/seniors-sim-only-plan

He is on TPG senior plan already.

However, he loves going to the library to read and occasionally surfs Internet. Hence, he needs the Wireless@SG to minimise the 20 GB data.

I have given him the above steps and the librarian had resolved the connection. Hope it continues working.

Thanks for the help.

Go anywhere with wireless sg (don’t need to do it at library) and help him set up. Lol why you ask old people to do it by themselves and librarian.

It needs a profile tie to telco. Download the app and configure the device. You don’t even need a sim device as wireless sg can even be use by ipad with no sim.
