yes they do deserve 1 star for it. But rem that Shopee will exclude 1 and 2 star reviews if it's due to shipping so remember to not just blame on slow shipping, need to write other stuff there so that the 1 star can actually bring down their overall rating

Actually is the body of the phone (basically the silver sides) made of plastic or metal? I saw 1 review saying plastic and another review saying metal.

frame is plastic, but sim tray & slot are metal iirc

Plastic...

Must manage expectations. My redmi note 10 pro frame already got scratches caused by the dusts stuck between the case and phone, and i take the case out to clean

Not to scare anyone but to raise awareness so everyone can manage the expectation

Camera difficult to focus due to the shiny sides
