hi all i just wanted to know a fews things b4 apply direct sergeant.

1) how does the procedure works?

2) Is the interview hard?

3)what question will they ask during interview?

Don't know cause new system unless you talk about old CPL/SGT application.

Hi all, I'm interested in signing on as a JPO/direct-entry sergeant with SPF.

Some info about me:
- 23 this year (sec 5 then poly if anybody asking)
- Current still serving as a NSF in the navy, ORD in coming June
- Local diploma holder in science course
- PES A

Did a little look through on this thread, seems like I have to apply early for the job itself so I don't have to wait too long for the enlistment.
I'm curious if there's anything I should take note of?

Never try to sign on navy?

Received numerous call from recruitment asking me to submit my full length photo. As i have already submitted but he did not receive it. After the call i tried to send again and he still did not receive it. We just kept calling each other to confirm if i did send out and if he did receive my photo. Thank god at last he received it. Wonder why he so urgently asking me to send to him asap. Hopefully i am able to enlist during May.

I'm 29, thinking of signing on police as senior police officer. Would like to ask if anyone knows if I would go in as ASP or inspector? 2nd lower honors previously, have been working in stat board for close to 4 years. Pay wise would it be pegged to whats shown on website'

Yes, pay wise would it be pegged to whats shown on website & you will only get Inspector cause ASP are for those who have 2nd upper Hons & above.
