apparently, nobody here is able to help as it is SPF Recruitment who is the solely department that processes your application.

I can only say that they have the rights to choose who they want to accept into the force, organisations or group. Just like any applications including credit cards.

However, you may like to consider applying for Ateos or Certis Cisco.

I applied in early Jan, attended the SA in late Jan. They called me up for the medical appointment late Feb which i have to attend in mid Mar. Finally i was notified of the successful application early Apr and i am enlisting in mid May(PTP). Overall it took 3 months for me to know that i am successful in my application. Perhaps i am a little faster because i signed under the MTE term.

Hi, do they send you an email too to notify you on your checkup? Or just phone call?

If failed the psychometric test. Don't bother to reapply within 3 years. U apply they will also reject u

No worries barry! Maybe it's because you pass your napfa thats why your is still processing. I did not take my napfa back in poly days due to internship. Thanks Barry and wish you the best of luck!

If they want you, they will definitely take you. Promotion is really base on your performance in the force. On average would be 5, but some people will get promoted in their 4th year or even 6-9 years. But thats of course, promoting in the rank of sergeant 1-3, not ssgt.
