Me just DES..not PTU![]()
Ahh. So what to expect next? Actually im quiet worried as after the cpf statement, i was asked to send a picture of my lasered tattoo/ scars to further facilitate my process. Which i have already declared during the SA. Sigh.

Thats the exact same thing my friends told me not too worry. Cause they also say during trainee time at HTA or SOC, some regular trainees have tattoo also. Im just thinking too much i guess. If u have gone this far for the selection..and under shortlisted..not to worry bro..high chance ur in..finger crossed..

Hi guys i was shortlisted for the tea session. What i am unsure how to answer the leadership exp as i was a men in my ns days in armour. I really am interested in joining the spf.
Talk about the leadership positions you held during your uni days or work life
I was also a man
All the best and congrats.I am also going for the tea sessionJiayous everybody!
Actually this is like my 3rd or 4th time applying. Kinda shock I got in for a interview this time round.
Will just do my best and let fate bring me wherever it will go
Cheers to all and good luck.
Can i rather talk about my support roles that helped the leaders instead. Because i cant recall anything solid about the leadership except for one my group project.

I think you can talk about your work experience if you do have it. Just have to be chill and relaxed. The guy might sound aggressive but I think as long as you justify your views it should be fine. I went for tea session today and he was kinda of aggressive towards me hahaha so I dont know how it went lol and he gave me a lot of scenario of what if.
Can't say for the other batches but for my batch he was more concerned on whether you are able to answer under pressure
one of the candidates in my tea sesh batch got so flustered that she stuttered non-stop and eventually stopped mid-answer
Don't be afraid to admit that your answers/assumptions are wrong when answering the what-if questions and show your willingness to accept different viewpoints instead of being stubborn and arguing continuously when they are in the force and you aren't
btw one pet peeve, please for goodness sake don't say "you enjoy the job" when they ask why you wanna join because unless you are pnsmen/vsc/apo, you literally have 0 experience in LEO work so you won't know if you enjoy it
did she got in eventually?
For mine, he asked me what am I expecting in SPF and do I know what I am signing up for. Also please remember to keep yourself updated with the Current affairs. I did prepared for the current affair that was happening but he asked me different questions that is unexpected. But overall, he seems aggressive just to make sure that I know what I am signing up for and concern about whether I can answer under pressure.
Nope didn't see her during the SA so I assume she didn't get through because I saw another candidate from my tea sesh batch for the SA
Yeah he may sound aggressive but actually a nice person, he was one of the only few during panel that appeared friendly T.T
All the best and congrats.I am also going for the tea session
Just been scheduled for my DEI panel interview. Has anyone else done their’s recently? Is the medical examination a concurrent process with this stage? Would also really appreciate some tips thanks!
My entire process started way before **
