I submitted my application on the 7th of April and they got back to me for the selection assessment on the 13th of May

Me, they called me yesterday asking for my ord documents. Is that a good sign or just for formality?

If you did your medical already I think you can take it as a good sign. No point failing medical and they still ask for your documents.

Iirc HR said the next intake is end of year but can't confirm which month

Is to get to know you more as a person and ask you stuff such as the things you filled in for your IPI

They will write a psychological report about you to be reviewed by the panel

Do note for cnb that the psychologist interview is a veto stage but spf psychologist interview isn't (so you may have alr failed it but still go panel)

They did, but at that time I haven't ORD-ed. I ORD-ed 2 days before my online interview
