Oooh I see. What's your timeline btw
Applied at careers@gov: 1st April
Received email to submit documents online: 4th May
Panel interview: 13th May
Psychometric test: 9th June
Medical test: 25th June
Call to submit outstanding ORD documents: 14th July

Is yours roughly the same?

Anybody received email for DEI for a tea session with HR director (to be arranged in the next few weeks again) this week? :)

I'm surprised to know its not submitting my documents first. Is there a latest order for DEI interviews now?

The medical checkup I guess?

The psychology check is the part we submit our documents also right?

Wonder how the tea session will be like now. Now that we are out of covid mandatory SHN

Nope medical checkup is the medical fitness one

clin int is different (refer below)

submission of document stage for DES and DEI different
for DEI it is after tea session during the selection assessment where you will do your psychometric on the same day

Hi what is clinical int?

clin int is just an interview with a psychologist based on yourself and some of your IPI responses (during the SA) then they will write a psychological profile which will be read by the panel

Don't bother trying to doctor your answers or lie because they can see through it rather easily unless you are a dam good liar (my friend is a psychologist)

Just been scheduled for my DEI panel interview. Has anyone else done their’s recently? Is the medical examination a concurrent process with this stage? Would also really appreciate some tips thanks!

My entire process started way before **
Jan - Applied on career@gov
Feb - Tea
March - SA (doc submission/psycho)
June - PA
