Invitation for SA - 29th June 2020
Invitation for zoom interview - 23th July 2020
Zoom interview - 24th July 2020
Documents submission - 30th July 2020
Recieved email for further shortlisted - 3 Aug 2020
Further shortlisted accessment date - 4th Aug 2020

I did my psychometric test in 2019 before. Oh I thought due to ** period mostly everything done online? As I submitted my documents through the forms gov .

Since I have just submitted my documents seperately for another spf post

That yes, in school disciplinary actions.
NS disciplinary actions
warning given by police
And ofcourse criminal charges included like tp warnings etc
All documented has to be declared and explained.

Because I think the background checks will reveal and they are giving u a chance to declare first.

I called to my primary school,secondary school and ITE to check whether I have any offense or disciplinary records. All in their system say don't have. So I just declare no?

I referring to those juvenile cases handed over to police. Spf sure have records one

Cos he try to sign on firefighter during NS, but was posted to another vocation. So they told him point blank the reason so he don’t waste time trying again tho he got solid ippt and good diploma to be a SGT.

You will be given a chance to clarify and defend your essay if you make it to panel so no worries

Edit: not everyone will be asked about their essay so if they never ask don't need to think so much
