i believe that declaration is meant for whether u kena any police investigation for criminal offences? that kind dont bluff / smoke if not by means of CRO search or even Google...your name pop up with the offence details, pretty much u can kiss your dreams to be MIB good bye

if it's Police NS disciplinary offence of minor nature (i.e Not for the likes of AWOL), u fill up as no first.
if they ask later why, u can act blur say u forget
when u ORD btw?

If it's criminal charges. Yes
No. Need if u never go jail etc.

It's standard in all. Application isn't it?

why expose urself lol.

dumb move

I think it’s the dumbest move when you are given a chance to be honest and u choose not to. Shows a lot about integrity and end up getting rejected.

I think your employer should look into your integrity issues also.

Honestly, primary school no need lah. gosh...

I think he referring to those police juvenile cases. Those types actually matters.

One of my friend rejected by SCDF because he got a record of shoplifting in his primary school days. Freaking sad case.

I called to my primary school, secondary school and ITE to check whether I have any offense or disciplinary records. All in their system say don't have. So I just declare no?
