Mine was already shortlisted before the tea session.

For CNB, mine was already shortlisted before psychometric. and then become unsuccessful after 2 weeks.

I called back my NS unit recently and they can found my case through ns spam..

It is necessary to declare to join SPF? I saw one section in form filling they asked about it. Have been have and displinary action and SPF investigation etc.

Yes, you have to declare any disciplinary action taken against you if not they will also find out.

i believe that declaration is meant for whether u kena any police investigation for criminal offences? that kind dont bluff / smoke if not by means of CRO search or even Google...your name pop up with the offence details, pretty much u can kiss your dreams to be MIB good bye

if it's Police NS disciplinary offence of minor nature (i.e Not for the likes of AWOL), u fill up as no first.
if they ask later why, u can act blur say u forget
when u ORD btw?

Yes need. If in the system, and you still say no... means you either blur or lying. They can easily check

You did receive disciplinary action. So yes please declare.

Even primary sch disciplinary actions taken against you also write just be honest with everything really.... don’t even think of not declaring even minor ones just be honest and you will stand a chance!

Yeah just declare if you are aware of this
They will also look into the nature of your offence not like you stab and kill people or cheat money also
