You applying for Dei?
Hello. I applied for Direct Entry Sgt on 19th Aug. Checked status recently and it says shortlisted. Am I suppose to be expecting a call or email from them soon?
what happens/what does one do in selection assessment?

Does anyone know what the HTA residential training entail? Like stay in for 9 months Monday to Friday? Can take leave?
Did my SA in mid March for DEI, finally received invitation to rd3 today, so don’t lose hope people!
How was it like over Zoom? One by one go in private chat or like round table free for all and can hear everybody?
Anyway, just go in with a reverse psychology mindset that you won't be selected (which is true, after all there are so many candidates that the odds are really against you). Once you realise you don't "need" the job, generally you will relax during the interviews.
Yeah it was individual! Same could tell he wasn't very impressed as i did not have much experience in official leadership roles in uni but was mainly my student council role in JC and he also asked alot like what do you expect from this role, will you be able to handle, and about the current affairsHow was it like over Zoom? It won't be a veto as long as you can prove to him that you deserve the chance
Flustered when he asked me why I want to join spf as a DEI then after my reasons.
He went... What if I offer you a sgt post now. Will you accept.
Then I just stunned lol
