1. Document submission / tattoo declaration
2. Psychometric test
3. Panel interview with 6 officers and 1 HR from MHA
3.1 Submit documents and tattoo declaration again
4. Received provisional offer
5. Medical checkup few days later after signing letter of acceptance
6. TBC

All is done within 3-4 months time

Hi did you apply for CNB or was it given to you as an option . If tattoo can ?

Yes unless if you are previously serving in SPF during NS, thus for NS SPF who sign on within a year does not require to go through training

In SPF many stuck rank. For JO stuck Sgt(3) and SSS. For SO (ASP, DSP),
I have seen many serving 10 years still at ASP(2) or Sgt(3).... 15 years SSS....
Limited vocation and likely need those holding suck ranks to move up before you have any chance of promotion.

Nice , any tips for those going for the police selection assessment ? I guess it’ll rlly help . Mine is next week and I’m nervous

Anyone knows when will spf get back regarding passing or failing of the interview? Like how long after the interview they will get back to us on the results? Thank you
