Does bank send notification/letter for annual fee?

No and make it a habit to go through all your transactions billed in your monthly bill. This will help u to spot unauthorised use of ur card too.

Anyone managed to register for the more rebate every day promo for 3mar to 30jun? https://www.posb.com.sg/personal/promotion/posb-everyday-card-rebates

I registered on 4th Mar but there was no tracker in DBS lifestyle app. I enquired with CSO and they called back saying I am not registered for the promo. But this is not true as I registered many times and everytime I got to a page saying "You're already registered for this promotion".

Under DBS lifestyle app. U click
- pick a promotion, see all
- Participated

To check if it shows up inside.

Fyi I just participate after seeing your post to test. I log in again. Click the aboves. It didn't show up that I have participated as well. Mayb it'll take a few days I'm not sure. Or mayb I have an on- going tracker on for other promo so this one wouldn't activate. I have no idea

Not showing anywhere in lifestyle app. CSO told me I am not registered although I already tried many times and each time it says I am already registered. Anyway I have enquired again and expect a call back tomorrow.

I have the same problem with this one, and also the DBS Live Fresh 10% cashback on online payments promo. First time i called them was on 3 March, and they said they will go and check. Then when they called me back on 9 March, they tried to teach me how to use the DBS lifestyle app, insisting that it's there but i just didn't know how to check. Go all in with the "It's not our fault you're too stupid to use the Lifestyle app" attitude lol.

Had to tell them that i already registered properly, it's really not showing up in the Lifestyle app, and have the screenshots to prove it. They asked for, and I emailed them the screenshots of my DBS lifestyle app not tracking anything, as well as a screenshot of the webpage saying "You're already registered for this promotion". This was all on 9 March. Currently still waiting for a response.

Lol. Anyway think the dbs live fresh online promo is so lousy. Need to spend min $1000 instead of the usual min $600 just for additional 5% for online capped at $20 only. But maybe still good if can stack with the dbs go online promo.

I'm simultaneously signed up for Live Fresh's 8% cashback on online spend promotion, so my effective online spend cashback is 18%. My required spend is $750 in online spend, and $450 in other spend, for a total of $1,200.

Expected cashback total is $20 (other spend) + $20 (base online spend) + $20 (10% online spend bonus) + $60 (8% online spend bonus), total of $120.

Which is a 10% cashback. Not too shabby.

I managed to unlock my online spending target for the previous 8% cash or gift promo. But now I have a refund of $20 order cancelled by seller. Will DBS claw back my 8% gift? Not sure if I can hurriedly spend $20 on others to fill up the "hole"

It's ********. The minimum spend is a moving target, up to POSB. Mine has been a steady $600 for the past few months, with a maximum cashback of $30 per month.

So got minimal spend? Not straightforward 5% for grocery?

I signed up a few days ago because of Sheng siong and some online food delivery 15%. Need spend $2000 within 60 days to get $200 paynow.

I think it's your average spend across all your DBS cards.

For example, some people need to spend $1,600, with the cashback capped at around $80 (it's always around 5%): https://www.posb.com.sg/personal/promotion/posb-everyday-card-rebates

Even more irritating is that the spend is no longer trackable in the DBS Lifestyle app.

It used to be a simple $600 minimum spend for 5% cashback on dining etc with $50 cap.

No idea what the product manager was smoking when they changed this card, but they are doing a good job at cheating people out of their rebates now.

Some like sheng siong 5% and watson 3% no need min spend. The 15% for food delivery and 5% for grocery(other than sheng siong) is a separate promo that need min spend. https://www.posb.com.sg/personal/cards/credit-cards/posb-everyday-card
