BUT u must remember what u did or did not do so that in the end u know how to put back all the parts

Hello, Can I get a few recommendations for a printer for small office? The specs I'll need are:

1. Color
2. Print Scan Copy Fax Wireless (All 5 functions must have)
3. 150 - 200 sheets/per month
4. Up to $800 max. Cheaper will be good, current printer I'm using is Brother MFC-440CW.
5. Very important for toner ink to last, lowest cost per page print. Good to have duplex function, smartphone printings etc but not compulsory.

I also saw some ads on the Epson L series ink tank printer, is it good?

Dont buy ink tank for office usage. The downtime is costly for you and the warranty is crap. Your ink +tube not under warranty so each time jam = go service centre + pay $70 bucks. No point.

You can consider Brother MFC-9330cdw since you have been using brother or Fuji xerox CM305df.

Fuji Xerox CM305df $649 + $100 ntuc vouchers

Brother dont have good print out quality but have airprint

Fuji Xerox has good print out quality but their mobile app only can support jpeg/pdf printing.

Hi everyone, I need a laser printer for our small-med size office.
We are using CM205 fw but we the cost of toner is expensive. We need to spend $80 for 1 toner every 3-5 months.

We need another laser or ink printer so is there a printer that could be better than the Fuji Xerox CM205 and the spec we need to be improve will be.

1.) Colour

2.) Toner would like to be cheap or maybe the toner can last for 10-12 months?

3.) The print speed shall be more faster than our current one.
(Fuji Xeros CM 205fw print speed 12ppm and first print out is 22sec.)

4.) Does not require scanner or fax since CM205 already did the job. Just a Colour printer.

Refillable ink printer shall be consider if the cost of the ink shall help to bring down our print ink or toner expenses.

If you need print only. u can go for Samsung newest NFC model which is M2020W. It is one of the most compact printer u can find on the market with Wireless networking.I assume you need print only function.

Go for Fuji Xerox P255dw! Courts go expo show this weekend go beo beo. think got a lot of special deals.

Print only + wirless + got duplex printing.

Samsung u can skip cause toners are very expensive. Even for compatibles one.
