I would highly recommend Canon as it has always relied on their print quality to stay as one of big brands in the market.

CANON MF8380CDW (print, scan, copy, fax, double-sided, wireless)

On-going promotion - $1099
(I am able to give you a discount)

Black Toner - $200 (3.4k prints)
Cyan Toner - $190 (2.9k prints)
Yellow Toner - $190 (2.9k prints)
Magenta Toner - $190 (2.9k prints)

dafug? ppl ask for print only you jitao recommend AIO :s13::s13::s13:

I currently running a HP 2600N colour laser. It got it quite some time back and now I am wondering if it is better if I get a new one. I have probably replaced the whole set of toners once and now I have to replace them soon.

1. Mono or Colour
COLOUR LASER

2. Print, Print Scan Copy (3in1) or Print Scan Copy Fax (4in1)
PRINT

3. Printing capacity per month
20-80

4. Budget
less than 1k

5. Other extra requirement like wireless, iphone printing etc.
Network, duplex if not too expensive

I do graphic design so colour output is an important consideration.

HP CP1025nw

can support up to 220 gsm.

Print Wireless no duplex though

17ppm black
4ppm colour abit on the slow side

Not much printer can support 220gsm

bro, in this case which brand you recomemnd that can do feeder double page scan to pdf and low cost per page after getting the oem toner from your side.

Hi, you may want to consider getting Samsung SCX-4833FR instead of the Fuji Xerox new model. I saw their new model. If you change the new toner, you may face leakage :/

Samsung model uses toner 205l

Page yield 5,000
$69

CCP 1.38cents

If your 200+ b/w printing is mostly two-sided, then yes it would be better to get two printers. One laser print only just duplex and an inkjet. If not, just go for colour laser cause you will feel stupid to buy the ink cartridges for your 5-10 pages colour print when it dries up.

PC show at 22 nov. If you are looking at brother, dont bother their comex show offer not good at all.

Thanks. One question. Does the colour laser use its colour toners when printing is b&w? coz in most cases, I would print b&w. Also can colour laser operate with only black cartridges? Is there any model that fulfills that criteria?

Thanks

Some model do uses colour toners also when printiner b&w. You may want to take a look at fuji xerox SLED colour series. Go the printer properties and chose grayscale or b/w printing to use purely black only. Lastly if one colour runs out, you still can print b/w. Just leave the empty cartridge inside.

Fuji Xerox CP105b, CP205, CP205w, CM205b , CM205f, CM205fw (Idk what functions you need haha)

Hi Damien,

Where do you suggest to buy this model from? Do you also know an analoguous high yield colour laser? Does Brother or Fuji Xerox also have such high yield toners that are carried by you?

Thanks

Thanks

Sim Lim Square Global IT can bargain haha. Minus how much would be determined by your bargaining skills :/

For colour and similar spec, print copy scan fax with duplex printing copying and scan, you can look at Brother MFC-9970CDW. Pretty popular with 6k page yield toners.

Recommend a laser for both colour and black prints, budget $200?

saw 1250c Colour-capable LED Printer Product Details
and Aficio™SP C240DN, both $150...

but hard to find compatible toner.. :(

Hi,
Any one buy or using Aficio™SP C240DN ?
It compatible toner still difficult to find?

http://www.ricoh.sg/products/summary.aspx?PID=659
Status Bundled toner :
Black: 1,000 sheets
C, M, Y: 1,000 sheets

It this mean the actual yield is only half (500) for each toner?

Thanks.

How about the yield status?
If really 1000 sheets, i can use for 2.5 years without change toner cause my usage only 20-30 pages per month.

Or anyone can recommend very spec similar laser color printer with price between$150-$200 ?

Just curious is Ricoh selling this model toner and how much?

1. Mono (Fuji Xerox)
2. Print (Auto Duplex)
3. Printing capacity is (LOW - *Student)
4. Budget ($150 with toner drum can compromise..)

Thanks!

Need advices..

Had a 2009 Samsung CLP-315W but failed on me badly with lines strewing across printed pages.

Looking for a printer for student uses, heavy printing on lecture notes and reports.

Wanted to buy a colour with duplex but realise it is not inexpensive, so perhaps getting a monochrome laser and a colour inkjet for the occasional colour printings. (Issit worth it)

pls recommend reliable printer with the following features:

1)Monochrome or colour
2)Duplex (must have)
3)Network capability (must have)
4)Compatible 3rd party toner available
5)Reasonable ppm

And oh, would like to know if those Xerox printers with SLED have any drum or fuser parts.

Will be glad if you could make recommendation for the colour inkjet too :)

Lastly, do you carry any compatible replacement drum for Samsung CLP 315W to fix those 'lines' printing?

Hi experts

Would I have problems with printer heads drying up like inkjets if I seldom print on laser printers eg: s-led fuji xerox models? I can go on months without printing..

My brother multifunction inkjet is now a piece of junk as it can't print black color now even I've tried many many cleaning cycles and wasted money buying new ink cartridges.

I understand your pain :s13::s13:

That's the reason why most people go for laser now. As toners contain of powder, it would not dry up. It will be able to last you for very long time.

Inkjet: Pay monthly installment for the drying up of the ink

Laser: Pay one shot and subsequently pay for what you use.
