My Fuji Xerox m255z paper jam open back cannot even see paper can see from front but cannot reach, any solutions? Or must send for repair?

Hi All, need recommendations for on a printer for the below needs.

1. Colour - word documents (80%) pictures (20%)
2. Print, Print Scan Copy (3in1) - can still scan when ink/toner empty is a huge plus
3. low frequency (sometimes 1-2 months without print) but will print 50-100 sheets when I do.
4. As low as possible, however reliability that I can print when I need to is important
5. Duplex - must, able to connect to multiple PC via router/wireless etc is a plus

hi u can try getting Brother printer MFC-9330CDW laser printer as u are a low frequency user , and if u get an inkjet printer it will probably dry up after 1-2 months even leaving the printer on standby mode , unless u make an effort to print every once to month.

brother hl-1110 , going for $68 printing only, if u need multi-function without fax is dcp-1510 going for $148 both printers using the same toner , $52 for 1k pages

i understand your problem that u are facing, but usually the printers now requires u to have some toners inside before u can print, or probably u print on a default settings which its printing on using color , did u change to black and white printing whenever u print ??

u can try using brother HL-3150CDN its a network ready printer going for $348 but if u get in show it will be cheaper and probably have free delivery without discounts at 348

Which model did you buy? Cause Xerox latest colour series can support mono printing provided you dont throw the empty color toner away.

You can look at Fuji xerox CP205 (No duplex printing but best colour quality among all brands) R.P $259 only with free $30 ntuc vouchers + powerbank

Or Brother HL-3150CDN (duplex printing but poor color quality) RP $349 only with $50 vouchers


imho you have to decided colour or duplex more important if you got more budget, you can consider this.

Fuji Xerox CP305d (duplex printing and decent colour quality. Colour quality lose CP205 but win brother HL-3150CDN) RP $449 only with $100 ntuc vouchers + wireless router to make it wifi ready.

I think is very good buy cause usual price is $399.

Only brand the cover drum under warranty their 4 years warranty.
