I have asked their CSO via live chat on their 55AL OLED. The peak brightness is 500 nits and it's running on Android 10. It doesn't support VRR since the panel is only 60hz.
Is it normal for other brands don't cover burn-in in their warranty? as i have checked with Prism warranty. it doesn't.....

  1. Screen Burn-In is not covered as it is classified as user-induced damage (such as keeping the TV on extended duration with static images being displayed as it is recommended to keep the screen off or on screen-saver when the Purchaser is not using it).

65" OLED will be on flash sale at midnight on Lazada.... let's see what's the sale price. Too close to the LG C1 and they'll not be competitive..

Why dont u fix up the tv after your reno is done? Then u can decide if you need a soundbar?
Yes, as TV price in on the drop. Also, there may be newer model and newer hardware by that time. Most important, dont let the warranty start running without using it.

Samsung cover that for 10 years for the QLED series.

Bought it? Any reviews?
I do not believe in the hype of OLED TVs, crushed blacks, lost shadow details, burn in, dithering etc. if you really do a side by side with QLED TVs and OLED TVs in bright conditions, QLED black bars also look inky black, because the surrounding lights mitigate or suppress the backlight bleed in LCD which cause the greyish blacks.

I do such comparisons often, and side by side, and the current OLEDS do give superior contrast, but LED have their advantages.
You mentioned why not earlier, so I assumed you would go for the Prism instead of the LG...

I would not do Prism plus if the price delta is not far from LG or any big brand.

If you make a complaint at their FB, your post will get deleted.
Sometime is very useful to see bad comment and look at it both way...
1. Is the customer been reasonable?
2. How the agent handles these complaints (after sales services).
If they delete it and swipe under the carpet, this is not the brand to support.

Despite your multiple attempts to post, trongs will still buy one.

Most of the time, customers are unreasonable the moment its up on social media - only aim is to make them panic and to standby 24/7 with the keyboard.

The correct approach is to pressure in written communication first, works all the time for me. But being sinkies, surely got ppl just go social media for one side of the story thinking of blackmailing with an anonymous alias.

I'm waiting for real buyers to check in ... I know one of my friends bought one, just because they were inundated with their ads on FB and felt it should be a good deal with their constant repetition and proclamations of being much lower priced than mainstream brands..

Me too. Having little to no reviews for their high end TVs or monitors is just too hard to take the plunge.
