Is it normal for other brands don't cover burn-in in their warranty? as i have checked with Prism warranty. it doesn't.....I have asked their CSO via live chat on their 55AL OLED. The peak brightness is 500 nits and it's running on Android 10. It doesn't support VRR since the panel is only 60hz.
- Screen Burn-In is not covered as it is classified as user-induced damage (such as keeping the TV on extended duration with static images being displayed as it is recommended to keep the screen off or on screen-saver when the Purchaser is not using it).
