Only happens on Samsung .. i own several brands of android phones before i know it is quite exclusive it crash much more on Samsung

It happened to my Sony and Xiaomi phones too. Tested and certified :s13:

ah unlucky you... Sony Z5p no issues / IP as no issue well *IOS so i cant compare side by side

xiaaomi not a good phone sorry to say i have a note its performance and lag is bad...

My Sony Xperia z2 and z5 also no such issues. Even my parents, both their xiaomi also no such issues so far.

Anyone has problem of your led notification color is wrong/inaccurate? My white turns out red..

Connectivity problem, is either the phone or sim card.
Tried your sim card on a different phone? Still same issue?
If not, use a different 4G sim card and test on your hp.

It should narrow down the prob to either one.
Phone prob go to Samsung, sim card problem go to your Telco.

Facing high battery drain on android system and whatsapp. Anyone faces the same issue?

Twice happened to my phone, it will auto shut off even at 90% battery, press whatever button also cannot turn on. I just leave it awhile abt 5 mins then it auto reboot.

I am lucky to get a good set so far no issue with my S7.

My Sony Z2 repaired 3 times where it power off and totally unable to boot up. 4th time I request to RMA and got a new phone for replacement.

Sometimes depends on luck.
