I wasn't happy that the diamond was not of the best quality that I was hoping for, my wife found the diamond was too small, end up we got one more from Jannpaul.

The funny thing we both notice is that jannpaul diamond is whiter, even the color is lower. It's possible to see from the pictures too. My camera cannot capture the sparkles but in real life the jannpaul diamond is much more sparkly and looks just more clean, like you can see all the cutting much clearer.
I don't know how to take a video properly though... but I can take more photos if you want..
This photo that I took was under the sun

I got mine very close to yours.. My deposit was placed in feb. I chose their classic setting - $550.. Oh yeah, I paid mine in cash. So there was a 2% discount.
those who bought from JP, can i ask
after buying the loose diamond, we will tell them when to craft the ring right?
how about the setting? is there any designs to choose from?
Is it possible to get a below .5ct with JP on a simple 6 prong setting for 3k?
Or would i be better off sticking to vivo and bluenile?
Anyone wanna help me evaluate this? Kinda good deal for 2k and HCA score is great at 1!

Just went down to JP last Sat for appt. Casey attended to us. I can say that I'm impressed by the sincere service. I think there's a new guy in training cos he sat in while Casey is giving us the crash course.Just went down to JP last Sat for appt. Casey attended to us. Gf wasn't too enthu at first cos she tot it will be boring. She just wanna look at diamonds =.= so I was pretty amused when she listened in and had all the "I didn't know that!" moments.
Casey recommended the following diamond which she really like. Just wanna hear what u guys think. Sorry no images yet. I'm trying to request from Casey but I personally had seen thru the scope and it's pretty amazing.
Brellia 0.67c F VS2
GIA Triple Ex
Flourescence None
Quoted $4,750 incl. GST
Edit: I realised the info I posted wasn't quite enuff when I see that most pple here posted full specs. I will request from JP and post back again.
What is the diamond specs for the Tiffany ring?
ask JP for the GIA cert number. you get the 4Cs from it. and the triple Ex. plus you can input the HCA score. i'm sure they will also show ideal scope images plus the hearts n arrows etc+ light return images.
JP is decent and a better buy than most of the bigger retailers out there. they explain well and take pains to show stuff. i have sat in with a friend on one session previously and liked the explaining
but if you do take the pains to look around, do you own research etc. yes you can source out better deals---in terms of value that is

is brellia more expensive, or super ideal more expensive?
also, I notice that , one colour grade, meaning from E to F, makes a lot alot of difference in price ?
