haha I didn't plan to reply to this topic until I see my post there.
here's my opinion
"Super Ideal" is a standard defined by JP. To qualify for that the diamonds first need to be graded Triple Ex and Ideal 000 by GIA or AGS respectively. Next they filter out the diamonds that are out of proportions, have a HCA < 1.4 and have to look good in scope.
Whether Super Ideals / Ideals are exclusively carried by JP or HoH it is all subjective. As you have rightfully noted, they are under the same group. In fact you'd notice a HOH boss checks every transaction on the receipt before it's handed to the customer. My guess is that JP filters out the Super Ideals from the diamonds that HoH brings in and sells them at a premium. (And I think its perfectly fair to pay more for a better product)
I had the privilege to compare 2 stones, Ideal vs Super Ideal but both of equivalent specs (Clarity, Color Carat) and chose the Ideal one after comparing both under fluorescent and led lighting. In fact, most of the bros here commented that the Ideal stone in scope actually looks better. This seems to contradict my previous comment about paying more but I think its a rare case. The Ideal stone I chose was not classified a Super Ideal simply because its HCA is 1.5
In terms of service, I received the same level of attention as other purchasers of super ideal. I was given 3D rendering, scope images (w/o JP logo), Wax Setting, pictures of actual ring after stone was mounted and the youtube video.

Moral of the story. Before you put down your money on an Super Ideal, ask for an equivalent spec-ed Ideal and you could be saving yourself more than 10% off
