View all together. Those who say no need this no need that are hiding things from you or just don't know enough.
That's why this thread support JP because JP show you everything, aset, hca, gia, hearts and arrow (if applicable), they even show you the real thing and not only images, make appointment and they got these scope you can view it yourself and judge, the sales assistant will even bring you outside the shop to see how 2 diamonds of different quality look when under sunlight.
That time I bought my wedding band from another shop and I happened to see their engagement ring and MY GOD that diamond is YELLOW to the naked eye, I don't even have to try. Heng already got engagement ring from JP.
True that many shops like to hide things and just quick sell. JP is the only one that takes time to educate the customers on what is a good diamond.
Though many of us bought from JP and will recommend getting diamond from JP, but it is still up to individual spending power and preference.
JP can sell you very high quality diamond, but the price isn't cheap either. Let's say you try to get a 0.8ca super ideal at JP, the same price may net you a 1.0ca with poorer light return at normal jewellers (not those branded/atas ones).
JP always talk about good cut = good light return and you pay the premium. Quoting the above example, the 1.0ca will surely look bigger and chances are it may have better light return just due to the shear size difference. (ie. small but 100% light return may still lose to something bigger but poorer light return)..
Realistically, it's the bling bling that people likes. A diamond is still a diamond and it's the thought and sincerity that count. Marriage is just a start and it's the mutual committment that towards each other that is really important.
