Pc keep freezing 5 mins into the loading just idling on desktop, freezing with no errors. Got to do a hard shut down holding the power button, started with just simple browsing on the internet now loading game also hang. Gpu cpu ram is new.
Time to change psu?
Psu is like 3-4 years old

Suggest you bring to a shop let them check.
However I would recommend upgrading the CPU and motherboard.
Pairing Intel i5 4690k with Radeon 5600XT is not very good.

One last thing, you did not mention what mobo you using beside it's many years ago. If my memory did not fail,
from the voltage test image, it's asrock H81M mobo. If i'm correct, this mobo dont' seem to support 5600xt gpu.
It does not have pcie 3.0. Correct me if i'm wrong.

H81M indeed does not support PCIE3.0, It support PCIE2.0 so newer card will not be able to run full speed is one thing.
Newer cards recommend to run UEFI Boot than legacy/CSM mode, how to identify UEFI mode is.

change-windows-10-boot-screen-1.png

Legacy/CSM mode you will see this screen after the BIOS screen.
UEFI mode wise is BIOS screen than there will be a circle underneath the brand logo.
TS the CPU and motherboard opt to change.

If your SSD is from major maker. Use some utility to read the SSD smart data to see any abnormal.

If you run with UEFI mode, part of the boot information is in the small hidden partition. Some PC call it boot manager.

Two options for you:

- Bring to a shop let them take a look.
- Upgrade the motherboard to a second hand H87/H97/Z87/H97.
You can find such motherboard on Caurosell around $50 - $100 onwards.
- Downgrade the graphic card to GTX1660 or equalivent.
GTX1660 is PCIE3.0 to run on a PCIE2.0 it should be no problem.

If you want to savage the PC, I strongly suggest upgrade that H81 motherboard first
since you are not upgrading so soon.
Example of second hand motherboard like this one:

Change motherboard and try again.
Given the price you change here and there might as well one shot do a proper upgrade
but that is up to you.

Go for Gigabyte, Asrock I am not a fan.

Example:
Intel i5 11400F + GIGABYTE B560M AORUS PRO - $244
CORSAIR VENGEANCE LPX 3200MHZ CL16 16GB - $155
Price from PCThemes.

Take note when change motherboard, Windows have to be reinstalled.
Different motherboard, different hardware not to mention huge generation gap.

For the time being, if you want to savage you can look for used Intel H87/Z87/H97/Z97 motherboard.
When you upgrade than sell away the CPU with the other motherboard.
The Asrock motherboard seems have stability issues so doubt any taker .

For home use, you don't need pro.
Pro version is for business/company use since it have features like Domain support.
Unless you need to join to company/school intranet than you need pro else
Home version will do fine.

Ya you can use win 7 pro key to upgrade to win10 pro. Create the installation media before you
change hardwares at here > https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10
or this if you're game enough > https://tech-latest.com/ghost-spectre-windows-10-superlite-version/#21H1_2009_Preview_Release

When computer freeze without going into bsod, meaning is critical component.

Your voltage look ok, so PSU should be ok.
Assume your gpu is ok .......so can isolate this. So far, i never encounter computer freeze due to gpu......
since u tested with crystaldiskmaker.... ssd can be isolated.

so left ram, mobo

u can try to reseat ram.........Although ur new ram is 6 month old , new ram can also die instant when overheated....
motherboard is hard to test......but if everything tested ok, high chance is on mobo side...

most of typical freeze link to ram.
i read on another forum, freeze can also due to capacitor blown on the mobo.
my 2cents :)

Not sure on crucial SSD. I am using Samsung, crystal disk utility reads the diagnostic data find. Also Samsung magic maker too.
