Because some stuff (like the Razer Mamba) is perpetually out of stock.

The restocks are gone within seconds of getting the email notification.

Probably have to wait for their official launch to resume the coupons and rewards.
On the bright side my premium card’s online purchase works from 1st April onwards. Didn’t bother contact them for support. I think it’s blanket all new card online works from 1st April.

my experience with razer visa card is no difference from any prank they play on April Fool's day. It's terrible. We are the closed beta testers as this program says.

i find the 1% cashback still good for all the other banks who doesn't reward cashback for excluded transactions like government agencies, insurance etc

Yes, no issues so far. Have already tried contactless payement and online purchase with my new premium card.

My card is fine too, tried paywave, chip and online (they recently fixed it) with no issues.

Only method I haven't tried is the magnetic stripe, but would need to go overseas to test that.

Only other "issue" is my card does not light up for chip transactions.

I don't know. Probably some backend fix of their system. It seems to fix the issue for a lot of users at one go. All I know is all my online transactions are working normally and that's good enough for me.

Mine working already. Rewards milestone back again as well. I think can continue to clock for the next reward
