Sounds like not bad a deal.. just need more info on the free hub station and free phone line. .. shld b getting cable 100mbps..

Just that after 2 year contract, u cant downgrade to lower speed liao.. for basic lite surfing users, they want the cheapest mah.

After contract, I don't see why you cannot downgrade to lower speed . Anyway, 2 years later, maybe 100Mbps is the lowest speed liao ??

$19 effective? Looks like I'm downgrading from fibre next year.
My fibre no goodies with m1 mobile lines anyway, unless they revive their free laptop of last year.

What is wrong with yr M1 fiber?

me on 10mbps contract due Mar but can recontract singtel now
Even if singtel give 15Mbps @29.xx - 10(rebate) (provided rebate is 24mth if 15mbps is 24mth) + 26.xx/3mth line rental

15mbps is about 28/mth

If i got scv line I may consider go SH

just jump over to SH and took the promotion with Chromebook + 3months free on 2yrs contract for $29+ per month flat
really dont see a point stuck with Sinktel BB for $29++ plus the home line call charge and line fee.

pay the same amount to sinktel get nothing and must pay extra for home line call charges and every 3months line fee .
jump over to SH got a Chromebook and 3 months free.

1) Call singtel hotline...
2) request to transfer to retention department (Important!)...
3) ask for recontract offers (e.g. $10 monthly rebate) ...

What you can get depends on your luck and bargaining skills...

unless is
200Mbps fibre home broadband @ $49.90/month

M1 is fine, happy with speed and responsiveness, but signed with free lappy flipped with zero topup, so technically free fibre.Already 5 mobile lines with m1, and fibre do not enjoy further discounts, so no point for next contact.
25mbps cable at almost half price I'll downgrade if next fibre contact stl no goodies.

just discovered i already have a voice enabled cable modem at home, so i should be given 3000 rewards points if i sign up 25mbps, and then if i really want the wireless modem, i can use 3000 points to redeem for 1 modem...

thats quite cool for starhub.

starhub 25mbps is ard 7.2Mbps - 12Mbps international n 15Mbps - 25Mbps for local donwload.

means to say wwatch youtube is ard 7.2mbps , so not much for upgrade from singtel 3mbps... n sometimes will stutter when dwloading....

any starhub 25mbps user to comments?

the plan is mainly for low usage user
for heavy users best for for Fibre

for low usage user use dont need such a high speed plan, even 5mbps is good enough for me, that why dont see a point why pay more money to ST by 'force upgrade' to 15mbps

Did you reset the 2wire? If not, try resetting, then go in to change the setting to direct ip before connecting to SH modem. It worked on mine after I reset.
