Hey can u ask how to you guys get the 10 mb/s for $23 per month? I called them and they offer a recontract of 40+ dollars for 10 mb with 1.5 mb on mobile. I don't need the Internet mobile lol. Currently on the 1mb/s network . Contact ending soon. So how do I get it?

with the onslaught of 3G tablets (w/o voice capabilities), things may take a swing.

Well, not everyone will jump on the tablet craze.
It did lost popularity once sometime back before the sanitary pad came out.

Hey all,

Just wanted to ask if this $23 10MB 1 year contract promotion is available for new subscribers? Do I just call the sales dept?

Thank you :)

Here's my case and what i want:

Currently on Mio Home (home fixed line + broadband + mobile), 24 months up in Aug 2011.
Come Aug 2011 (or earlier if possible), I want to separate it up into individual plans:
- home fixed line
- 10 mbps broadband at $23
- mobile

So the questions are:
i) Do I have to wait till 24 months is up before I can do so (actually at the end of 23rd month should action already)? Or 21 months (which is now) can already?
ii) Am I eligible for the 10 mbps at $23 (is this considered recontract)?

Hope people with similar experience can share. Thanks!

1) You should wait till end of 23rd month then call 1688 for re-contract (normal or special plan (assume they still have the special)).

2) Not up to us to say whether you are eligible or not; the special may already over.

You need to speak to the Customer Retention Dept.

Calling 1688 and speaking to the Sales Dept will not get it.

I just got my Recontract Last week + New Modem (The Modem DOA though -.- got to love 2Wire)
