Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

I'm currently using this 10Mbps plan with the 2wire 2700HG-D.

However, i only managed to get a 3Mbps speedtest when my devices (phone and laptop) are connected through wifi ~
My pc wired to the modem managed to get 10Mbps.

Is there any way i can get 10Mbps when using wifi?
Any settings need to be done to the router or the router can support max 3Mbps? ~

Thanks alot. Somehow B only mode works better for me.

Still couldn't reach 10Mbps on my phone but got a 1MBps increase.

Don't run other data app that eat your b/w. Which is why the jitter in ping time

This is a home bb plan, not a mobile bb. You will get a free modem.

Do speedtest use wired connection and make sure no app is running and no other computer is online when you doing speedtest.

Most of us here recontract the special 10mbps.
