Re-contract Singnet 10 Mbps?

CSO (Retention) returned my call today. Offer me the $23.45 for 12 months contract for 10mpbs. When asked for the 15mpbs also offered me the $28.95 per month and $10 phone line rebate for 12 months.

Forgot to check on the modem (if they give new one) with them. Will call them on Monday again.

yes they should be giving you a new modem for every re-contract of the 10mbps @ $23.45..

i still have the the modem unused till now. my contact expiring in June.. Lolx.. free modem again!

sorry not clear enough. the $28.95 is for 24 months contract, but the phone line rebate is $10 for only 12 months.

right now im on mio home plan @ 10mbps which is 53.18 per mth

i have multi lines discount of 20% ( 2 mobile plans of 39.90 and 59.90 ) and also free phone line for the 30 mths i signed up. which is i think 30 bucks every 3 months.

is it worth it to sign up for the 15 mpbs standalone at 28.95 with $10 phone rebate? and trash mio home? i dun even use the mio tv at all

there is also the yearly handset upgrade which i find it appealing.

You need to tell them that there is a plan cost $28.9 for 15Mbps.

One thing that I am not sure is the sales retention department told me that maximum they can give is "$10 rebate for 12 months" and she said I can called them after a year for another "$10 rebate for 12 months". I am wonder is this possible since there is no B&W?

why shd they give you more rebates when it is already signed and agreed. So if they dun give, can u cancel contract and not pay penalty? which is balance contract amt if i not wrong..
