Can recommend any full sized or 96% keyboards? Nowadays I see most mechanical keyboards all missing keys. Budget up to 120 but prefer to go as low as possible. Prefer blue switches(or green if they exist).

Your budget of SGD120 is more than sufficient to get your desired keeb.
One tip is to get from Taobao platform to maximise the value for money,

Thanks. Looks like I'll just get a random board to use as a base to swap with my desired switches. Clicky switches seems dead. That said, I actually prefer the RK s96 over s98. No to screens.

Some keeb sellers still have clicky switches (green or blue) as an option.
Sidenote: RK96 does look compact and has 100% size functionality. Reasonable pricing from the official RK e-shop in Taobao.

Same here. My first mech keyboard is a full-sized one and is still going strong after years.
However, I use a 75% keyboard, which is easy to carry around.
If you need the numpad, then 96% is the minimum.

The current keeb market is flooded with TKL, 75% and below layouts.
I estimate 95% are linear switches, 4% tactile switches, and 1% or less are clicky switches.

+Num pad(which means 96 or 1800 layout)
+wireless or at least detachable USB connection - cables easily replaceable
+hot swappable - not much clicky switches though if keeb comes with, it's preferred
-No screen on keyboard

FN key is seen on most keyboards, even for the RK96 you are interested in.

I am fine with it if the main fn is f1 - f12 and fn button is w/e. I am NOT fine if the fn is needed to access the f keys.

Even my current full size keeb has it but it works as what I've described above.

What I'm not ok with: fn key + f keys to refresh a page but shares the key with brightness or something like laptops.

Oh that's what you mean " no FN key " everyone probably though you want a keyboard with numpad without F1 to f12.

Refresh page f5 can liao ah, no need for secondary FN press

You can also remove the secondary layer via software

My laptop needed the damn fn key to register as f5. If not it's increase screen brightness.

Renaming is damn annoying especially when I'm just used to pressing f2.
